Aslam o alikum,hope ur all doing good,im making a project go cart with a close friend,need some info on am few things
1.where can i find its rims & tyres in Lahore?
2.what sorta engine to use to make it drift happy
3. what sorta chassy should it have to be drift happy?

our main purpose of it is to make it a drift happy cart

U need to visit Bilalgunj & find some used Chinese engine from trike or ATV. The Mounting of these CG/CB series engines are usualy same but engine with auto tranny wud be havning bit diffrent structure so may not able to fit on 2 wheeler but can be used for other purposes.

i can drop the auto tranny n go for a manual one but my main aim is a cheap engine wt do u think shd be the price for a resonable honda 125cc engine?

If u want cheap solution in wid manula txn then dont go for honda. Some good condition used chinese engine with Electric starter 125/150cc will be easily available for 12~15 Rs.

Yep the are reliable I m just recomending chinese engine bcoz the price of Original Honda engine would be high & condition is also a question mark so including good rebuild cost u may end up some where between 20~25K for good performer engine. BTW 180 CC engine from XL 185 Trail (rare find in Lahore) is also a good option Its OHC & quite power full. That can also be managed in ~25K.

those will be outa my budget i need something with long gear ratios n 4 speed tranny,il go for the chinese one's as u mentioned,will be doing this project in coming month n might be needing more of ur help in inspecting an engine
