Good Mechanic for gs150 in Islamabad/Rawalpindi

Hello

I'm not satisfied with my bike performance now. I hear more engine noise and vibrations, adjusted tappet from g6 Islamabad service center few days back. Bike isn't smooth either and rpms fluctuate causing switching off randomly
Please recommend good mechanic.

check for any leaks esp intake and exhaust or loose nuts and bolts or washers.
