Good mechanic for Honda Civic X 1.5 Turbo in Karachi

Hello dear,
I need to perform some mechanical work on my Civic X 1.5 Turbo for replacement of "Brake pads, Fuel Filter, CVT Fluid" I'm hesitating to visit any one. Please do guide me if there's some real good mechanic in Karachi.

They're looters, i just bought genuine brake pads at PKR 9000 Rear & PKR 11000 Front. They're selling these almost double the price of each side. A big no to dealers

i'd suggest Apollo motors at Shahrae Faisal or Ali Bhai motors at Sindhi Muslim society ( use google for exact location & contact details )

Soon as my Turbo was out of warranty (which was in 2018) I stopped going to the dealership.

The thing is dealership are too expensive whether it parts or labor both are way expensive. As I mentioned I bought rear brake pads at 8000 the same dealership are selling at 18000 i mean that's ridiculous. I'm just trying to safe my money without compromising on genuine parts.

The car is too electronic for our common mechanics. They haven't had their hand s on this model of Civic. Else; there is a guy named Abbas near Star gate Petrol Pump. He specializes in Honda, and I recently got a City engine swapped and overhauled by him. Uptill now havent even opened the bonnet. I will share the number. And for genuine parts you can check with Nasir Autos at Plaza.

Even if we leave the money part aside, I don't even like the workmanship of Honda and don't trust them. My employer pays for the maintenance of Turbo and yet I avoid Honda. My mechanic is in Phase 2 Extension and I've been going to him for jobs on the Turbo.

I agree. That's why it's better to find that (very rare) mechanic who has worked on other 1.5 Turbos too.

You can buy OEM Honda parts from Nasir , Stadium Motors or Ahmed ( Don't remember his shop's name exactly, back then they were used to be part of Stadium Motors). All three are big names in case of not finding any part you can check with Farrukh at Al Majeed Autos.

All of them are located at Plaza, Saddar.

It is really strange people can afford to buy cars 3.5+million but cannot afford to buy genuine manufacture parts or have it maintained by official dealer. These same people will buy cheap 2 number parts and take the car to a back street mechanic who call himself a ustaad.

What is 20000 rupees when you car is 3 5 million make no logic

Hi Mohammad, what a beautiful name! Its not about affording its about paying extra to them. For instance Honda is selling rear brake pads at Rs.21000 and I bought same genuine pads at Rs.8500 I hope you got my point... And BTW are you sure they installing the genuine brand new item or used one??? Hahhah they don't even let you enter to see your own car. Its simply about trust and I don't trust them they're looters. Once I went there to repaint my rear bumper and they genius also repainted my rear fender and rear door hahhahahah. I hope you got my concerns. I just don't trust them!!!
