^thats true, however their secondhand department guys are just stupid homemade computer mistris. they tried to steal some parts from my new computer (a bunch of high quality power cables). now that the same thing that i found missing from the boxes was being sold by galaxy second hand guys (off the record) @450 per piece. this was coolermaster made fused cable. something hard to find as it only comes with new casings and power supplies.
another story from the side of galaxy was the installation of a faulty processor in a new system in my sis's pc.
the firm is very legit, just that the second hand department is a bunch of ****. so buyers should go with experts to do the deal. and they should check the system components like hard disks, processors and ram with the help of certain softwares.
