Got a deep scratch on passenger door while parking. Solutions?

Got a deep scratch on passenger side door and a little bit of it extends to front left side fender. Looking for a fix as it looks very irritating. My car's color is luner silver 18 model. But now it is showing white color inside scratch and small dot of metal where the door ends. What kind fixes are there? My car is insured btw. Many have told me to leave it be but I'm worried that it will start rusting from here.

Is there dent also? If there is dent, you can go for dry denting and compound the scratched area & rest u can apply qalam..

As the car is insured you can go for a repair job followed by complete panel repaint.. that would definitely reduce your car’s value
