i think any car which is totally screwed has a bad resale. and any car which is maintained properly can be sold in good price.
i had a civic 05 showered. and i had a tough time selling it also not forgetting, i had 30,000 loss.
on the other hand i had a toyota rav4 which has the worst resale but due to the condition of the car, i made 50,000 up and not fogetting the amount of ppl still calling me for it.
recently i went to the market to get a lancer. i saw full showered lancers 06 model selling for 775k. not bad resale in my point of view

there is no doubt tht lancer and liana are two very badnaam items in the market. mostly because ppl dont seem to maintain these cars and use it very roughly.... keep the car good and it should be good to u
