Hi Guys today i got the ptcl broadband connection. Speed is normal not good but its due to my phone line, there is lots of disturbance in line.

bro is dis a new modem they are giving to the new customers?
i had zte blue 1...now they have given me HUWIWEI white 1 as i have smart tv also..but both services sux because of their careless attitude towards customers ..like not checking the telephone lines properly before giving new connections and even not working on complains etc

Now they are giving these modems. Here in SGD there service is better than crappy link dot net if you called for help they quickly respond to you and sort your problem in minutes.

1218 Bhai Please Kabhi Call Na Karna Bohat He Thaki hoi service hy aik aik ghanta call Hold Per laga jaty hain aur us ky baad kuch response nahin. If You Got any problem with your connection just contact your Exchange or contact your local DSL home.

DUDE!!!! whats the thingy i mean? 256.. 512.. or 1mb??

I Got My Worldcall EVDO 512kbps.. when i got it downloading speed was like 38 to 42kbps max... i GOT sooooo FRIGGIN Pissed!!!........

I have done approx 45 complains... talked to manager, supervisor everyone..

speed for 512kbps should be atleast 60kbps..

but now Due to me Complaints.. lol

im getting 72kbps to 75kbps.. yay!!!
