True.
Our national electric grid doesn't have enough output to power even few thousand EVs on the road. EVs will no doubt bring loadshedding with them.
pakistan can never have EVs for 50 years ( again , with no proof and reasoning )
False.
Petroleum products will probably become prohibitively expensive in the next 25 or so years, so 3rd world economies will have to look for alternatives, which includes Pakistan. The alternative could either be an alternative fuel source such as biodiesel, ethanol etc or it could be electricity. It's hard to say.
EVs will burn and incinerate on their own. (without posting any empirical evidence)
Yes and No.
Lithium ion batteries are practically BOMBS, believe it or not! Remember Galaxy Note 7 fiasco? if so, ditto! But... so are fuel tanks full of gasoline!
In any case, you may want to read the following article:
EV shocks will be destroyed thanks to pakistani roads ( yes, zulfiqar, the car guru said that)
False.
Have you seen Mehran's shocks?! They're garbage, plain and simple (No offense to Mehran owners). But despite that, they've no trouble keeping-up with our half broken roads for at least a few years.
Same goes to Honda 70's shocks. CD70s can easily haul three passengers without breaking apart.
i would like these two members to come forward and read the EV policy , and give their comments .
