I have recently installed a in dash DVD player in the car but the problem is that it supports gps but it requires gps card can any one tell me from where i can get that

agar ap ki delson mai NEMA input hai tou koi sa bhi GPS unit lay kar antenna roof par aur gps unit ko under dash laga leejay GPS unit ki NEMA out put DELSON ki NEMA INPUT mai hook-up karyeay 90 seconds mai position update ho jai gi display par.

I m having the same problem..i have a dellson 6 inch lcd/dvd player,,installed in toyota belta,but the navigation option dosent open!

The GPS SD card should have been provided by the seller of the system.

If you didnt get it from him contact him and ask for the SD Card with GPS software + GPS antenna connected to your system. Only then you will be able to use the navigation on your system.

The GPS SD card comes with Navigation system software + maps for Pakistan. Normally the licence is valid for year or in some cases it is open source and you can upgrade the software and maps for free from the internet.

WELL the retailler is saying that he will do it,,but the expenditure will b minimun 9k.

the maps are not free. they do cost around that much.

Now he is taking advantage of you.
He should have told you that before you bought the system.

By the way, a chinese DVD system with GPS Navigation costs around 22-24K.
(Rockmars - includes the SD card, GPS antenna + cable, Rear camera)
