At present I am using Gigabyte G1 gaming GTX 970. I guess GTX 1070 should be a good upgrade ,but running those cards 24/7 for mining stresses them too much.

Your price is too high. You should lower it for a better response.
Just to give you an idea, a brand new duke 1070ti from czone is priced @Rs 68.5k as of 19th Jan with 10 months warranty.

I recently bought a used gigabyte 1070 G1 gaming far below your demand. You may however like to advertise on pakgamers and draw comparison with pricing of similar cards.

Yes. 1070 prices have come down considerably. Reference specd models go for around 35k, at least here in Lahore. Around 40k for factory overclocked variants with triple fans and whatnot.

Still, I think it's best to buy a brand new 'GTX1660 Super' that's going for ~39-41k on Computer Zone and Hafeez Center retail shops with warranty.

Same performance, much lower power consumption, not to mention it's built on a completely new and improved architecture with MUCH faster DDR6 memory.

I think GeForce 10 Series is now obsolete, thanks to these 'Super' cards!
