I suggest the next Sunday i.e 20th can be kept as the suitable date if agreed by most.

- Savor (phase 8 DHA)
- Dera (boatbasin Clifton)
- Hill Park parking lot

I suggested these areas to keep in mind the security element as well, as we can have some photography sessions too.

^ +1 on the date .. Keep a venue with a parking area which can fit a large number of cars. There's always a chance too many people will show up.

What about timings

For timings I suggest everyone be there around 4.30pm so that we have sufficient time for good photos. Since that time is perfect for photography, those people who want to get their rides photo taken would be there by 4.30 then. Rest can join in later and after the photo session and a little chitchat, whoever is interested can continue further for some dinner scene.

So schedule would be

4.30 - everyone be there
5.00 - we start the photo-session + chitchat
6.00 - namaz and move towards a dinner place to sit and again chitchat (venue to be decided)
7.30 - have dinner

Since venue has to be decided and we have a lot of eateries with different budgets, I propose the following..members can add more

• Any restaurant at Do Darya (Cost 1000+ for each individual)
• Boat Basin area (Cost around 500 or even less)

Im working on a documentary/short film about the tuners in our city, those interested to be a part of it can show up a bit early (3ish) and we can have a photoshoot and some videography before the main gtg
