You said get the rail and injectors cleaned, that causes more issues then resolves any, similarly, get it "tuned" throw money at the mechanic to open plugs which shouldn't be opened before 100k kms usage, open the throttlebody, which again is not supposed to be serviced unless car has a sticky idle....
