You will be needing new brake cylinder pin bushes and a silicone based grease. Change bushes of both side and apply silicone grease. I use toyota made in Japan rubber grease on this part. Toyota dealerships apply lithium grease on this part which makes them swell.

For outer side of brake pads you need high temperature grease. You can get amsoil grease for outer side of brake pads from: https://www.facebook.com/lubricationcompany/

I have same noise in my 2017 grande. When you press the brake at low speeds, brake make tuk tuk noise and sometimes it's loud

Above provided solution works. Keep on changing these bushes at every 40000kms.

Nothing to worry about. This is not a fault. This sound is by default in all variants of Toyota. My grande has this sound too but it’s not on regular basis. I asked technical advisor from toyota motors appara in islamabad. He told me this sound is of brake locking system and it’s not any fault. I have checked in many other new and old cars. They have this sound too. So it’s not a fault.
