Grande fuel consumption

Salam
I own a grande 2016 model . In half tank it covers almost 260 km in local with ac ( according to which its fuel consumption is around 9km/l )
I have changed plugs and cleaned catalytic , air filter , fuel pump , throttle but still no improvement
Kindly tell me what to do and also request other grande owners to share their tank to tank mileage

I usually refill at around 25% level so don't know exact calculation at half tank capacity, but my overall mileage is around 9-10 kmpl using the liters to fill up vs km done calculation.
2017 FL model and city driving in Karachi.
In a recent trip to Lahore, the overall mileage was around 13 kmpl.

Well I drive in Peshawar where the traffic condition is normal not too much stop and go .....normal flow

tire pressure - size - fuel station also makes a difference

That's quiet normal in Karachi
For a long trip, at 120km/h cruise my car gives 15-17km/l depending upon conditions. Never less then that, looks like you were driving at high speeds or have bad wheel alignment.

Oops I replied on the other comment. Fixed it though. Tire pressure, and wheel alignment plays heck lot of part. But at heavy foot 9-10 is normal too, driving habits matters a lot.

I don't think there is a major alignment issue but pressures were at 32. Tires are almost new BG Luxo from Civic X and the weather was quite windy during this run. Avg was about the same on Sukkur Multan motorway at 120 cruise. Almost no traffic and steady speeds with a 15 min break in between with AC on.
I did a previous shorter run on KHI HYD motorway with Michelin Primacy 4 of same size and that day the avg crept up to 16. Could the tires make this big a difference?

Tyres with high rolling resistance might do.
Even if there is a some difference in alignment your tyres will face way more resistance then normal.
Check if it sways right or left, if it does you then need to get it aligned.
