Grande headlights for Altis 1.6

Hi friends,
I just want to ask, if I can upgrade altis 1.6 facelift 2018 headlights to grande headlights.
Is it possible? Is it the same dimensions?

Yes you can. But auto leveling feature in grande can’t be activated

Yes you can and without any alteration. Though you can't enjoy the auto leveling feature of Grande.
Anyways, have you got any price quote for Grande headlights? I'm also looking for the same modification in the near future in sha ALLAH.

Altho I have not done such modification , but apart from the auto levling the 2nd question that comes to mind is how would the DRL of grande work in Altis 1.6? will it turn on with parking light? or will it turn on when the car turns on, these need to be answered from someone who has done this modification.

For the DRL, It will be some modification, instead of with parking light, we can install a button right next to the mirror adjustment button, but modification is what I am worried about, Can't find a good electrician.

Grande headlights are expensive, I didn't ask from Toyota dealership, but one of my friend told me, It can cost you about 90K +, also you can't find OEM headlights from the market, or very difficult, only way to purchase them is the dealership, also the dealership won't install the grande headlights to the altis.

Then I think sticking with the OEM headlights is better rather than going for Grande headlights.

I had the same ambitions for my 1.6 , but later i got some good quality LED bulbs photum brand (BI LED page on facebook)

If you can make the LED position lamps in 1.6 Altis work like DRLs which are brighter with more wattage then no need for Grande lights.
Put Photums and you have a great lighting setup.

Im working on this to make them work like DRLs.

Yes really expensive.. these lights were actually most advanced in any pkdm at the time of launch. Sportage was only the other car with such quality/gradelights..imc taking premium as much as they want... to. Still 180k is more than the working charade i bought last month:p

Instead of doing all these juggarr, replace the car with Grande or a cruisetronic. I would have prefred this.

DRL will require a wire to be cut. And it will be on all the time.

Genuine kabli’s are for 50k. Don’t know about new ones from dealerships. My altis is due in October so hopefully i will change them on delivery day

Kabli lights are genuine one and only cost 50k for pair. Means 25k for one light. Abi 2 din pehly e qoutation li ha bilal gunj sy

90K for each light? Meh.
High end quad bixenon hid projector reterofits (yes two projectors in each light) cost equivalent to that with a much better light, and an adjusting motor setup.

Kabli will tirn yellow due to buffing..do check that.. new car ki looks spoil na ho jain... Looks buhat ala.hain in lights ki
