Normal. Don't fiddle with anything. It's written in owner's manual too. Cvt don't have any sorts of gears, but k313 cvt of corolla have simulated gear shifts which perform this jerking. If you attach toyota techstream then it will show that when you lift off foot it will go to 2nd-3rd gear for engine braking at this speed, and when you will apply slight gas again it will go to 5th-6th gear. No jerks are there when you give full pedal after lifting off your foot.
There is no problem with your car at all, no fuel, no air, nothing. Don't fiddle with anything.

You can do this, recalibrating oil pressure sensor can help, but this jerk will remain as it is.
