seems ok on spec - how tacky is it? - U joints have a very strict standard set by spicer/hardy spicer - only a handful greases around the world actually are approved on it.

However, if this this GC-LB rated. its ok.

Seems like they just jammed all tubes in on one shelf - I see EM grease which is always polyurea stuff and I also see regular lithium soap stuff.

seems like silly management LOL

anyway - that chain lube up in the corner is great for motorcycle chains - it provides very long life and very minimum mess.

gents can someone guide me which grease to get for the transmission input shafts when installing new throwout bearings the manual states to use a polyurea based grease but which one to get.

Polyurethane grease? lol

Its polyurea grease,

Lots available in market, or you can do oldschool spline lube which was nickel or moly antisieze

thanks for correcting me sir. had a brain fart.

doesnt antisizeze dry out sooner then as noticed with copper antisieze it tends to dry out and leaves a sticky residue so which is better getting a poly urea grease or sticking to antisieze.

antisieze keeps on lubricating even in dry form. This is why heavy stuff like moly loaded (read black as death type moly grease) is used on such splines.

The reason to use polyurea is to keep the oil in the soap matrix, lithium bleeds soap as the input shaft spins - poly grease sticks like bukhaar and is a good for life job (life = clutch plate life)

thanks alot sir for the indepth explanation as always. as far my research goes the honda hi temp poly urea grease is a NLGI grade 2. Is that correct and sir will it be a good choice to get grease the shell Gadus Line with a T type thickner or mobil polyrex em. Kindly please guide shed some light on it kindly at your convinience.
