Molybdenum disulphide grease is sold by liquid molvi as lm47, however you can dab some black pearl there and forget about it, it will remain there forever and wont dry out either, its applied to the ball of the rack end and on the boot end for easy alignment.
For wheel bearings, they are sealed but however if you are going to open up a brand new set and repack with fresh grease then black pearl ep or polyrex em both are great.
They are a fill and forget type grease but make triple sure you get all the old grease out and clean the parts with caustic soda or something and hot water to get all the grease out of any metallic pores too. Then only fill about 50% of the bearing roller area with grease, overfilling will cause leakage and contamination.
