Grinding noise at speed of 60

Hi All,

I am experiencing grinding noise from my Honda City 2018 MT between the speed of 60 to 65. Below are my observations:
1. The car is silent upto 60 and the grinding sound comes when the car is between the speed of 60 to 65. The noise disappears/fades away below that speed and over that speed. I showed it a workshop and they thought that it was wheel bearing noise and they replaced the front two wheel bearings but the problem is still there. What else could it be? Just to be sure that it was not gear noise I put the car in neutral when the car was within that speed range but the grinding noise was still there.

Can anyone please let me know what could it be?

Did they inspect rear bearings? Have you tried shifting to a different gear?

Are there any loose or half missing underbody panels?

Anything loose in the engine bay or cowel around windscreen? Anything at all like the hood prop that could be vibrating?

If the noise will show up on video, posting it here may help to narrow it down.

@affanhaq94 thank you sir for your response.
1. The rear wheel bearing were inspected by them as well as another workshop. Both of them told that the rear bearings were fine.
2. I ve driven the car in fourth as well as fifth gear and once I put the car in neutral at that speed but the noise was still there.
3. All the underneath sheilds are intact.
4. There isnt anything lose in the engine bay nor around the windshield.
5. I tried to make a video of the noise but the noise could not be captured.

Strange.

So it's not dependant on engine rpm, only speed it seems.

What condition are your tires in? Do you have hubcaps with steelies or alloy rims?

I got very good kabuli tyres from a reference. I used them for hardly three weeks. Today I went to that guy and told him that I suspect that the noise could be of tyres. He installed a another set of tyres but the noise is still there. The tyres installed are of bridgestone.

I have the stock steel rim with wheel cups.

I would suggest finding a good mechanic and having him sit in the car with you for a test drive.

It's hard because it can be quite a few things and without hearing the noise in person, it's difficult to pinpoint.
