Assalam o Alaikum brothers,
I have a Toyota Vitz 2009, originally came with 1KR-FE, now swapped with 2SZ-FE. I was on bed rest due to an accident at village, in the mean time my father sent the car for the swap.
Engine performance, on high speeds and high accelerations is good. But on slow speeds or slow acceleration it feels like the car is taking alot of load (feels like its struggling to move) but as soon as it crosses 30 km/h, it starts working flawlessly.
When i start moving the car on slow acceleration, there is some grinding now most of the times (not always) but the sound disappears as soon as the car crosses 10-12 km/h speed. While the sound is never there on high acceleration.
I have got mounts checked, they are fine. What could be the issue? Its pertinent that the exhaust system is from 1KR-FE. Could that be the reason of struggle on slow speed?
