GS 150 oil level check

Hello!
How to check the oil level of GS 150?
My bike is driven 84000 km and I have installed new ring piston because there was black smoke and engine was eating up oil, then changed the oil after 800 km and poured Castrol GT 20-50w 1 litre oil.
Now I am noticing that the oil gauge which shows the oil level is showing the oil between F / E after 110 km.
Is this fine or my bike's engine is buring and reducing oil or I am just confused. Please help !

If you bike is burning oil, there will be blue smoke from the tail pipe. Black smoke means there is too much petrol going in the engine. All engines burn a very small amount of oil. No engine is 100% free from burning oil.

Thanks, there is neither blue or black smoke but when I gave full throttle to check the smoke from tail pipe and it throwed a little amount of smoke that was a bit white. I guess that is from fuel.
Also do you know how to check the oil level of GS 150.

I already did your 2 seconds of searching and then asked the question because the video doesn't provide the detail which I want to know if the oil level between F and E is fine or not!

the guy explained it pretty well. At max level when stationary, the level will drop to min if the engine is running. To be on the safe side keep it at max when the engine is stationary.
