Guy i have using GS150SE for almost 2 years, on offroad or bad road conditions chain is hitting the chain cover badly, even i checked and re checked chain condition and got it tightened and lubed, any one faced same issue or know any remedy ?

yes tried that, and got it re opened and re installed two times ....now in normal road no noise or chain hitting cover, but while on kacha ... chain seem to be hitting cover again n agin ....cant understand the reason
Your chain cover might be the problem. A bend chain cover can cause this.
Chain properly tight hay?? agar tight hay tow pehlay app ba ghor yay check krain k chain chain cover kay ander kahan ragar kha rahi hay
Meary case mein Chain cover choti sprocket kay qareeb jin bolts per tika hota hy oss jaga per upper bolt+inside cover say ragar kha rahi thi oss jaga per chain cover lgnay say pehlay 1 vasal rakh kr space increase krnay say masla hal huwa thaa
Oh good, i checked it, but problem is on normal road or turning of wheel, there is no firiction, i hear alot sound of chain and cover while on kacha roads, ....i will try to add washer any way at front n back, thanks
