How do you get modified cars in GTA: Vice City? Please tell me the whole procedure not only the website. Thank You.

this is the cheat to get a modded car.
I know the cheats and by the way the cheat is "GETTHEREVERYFASTINDEED". But I don't mean that, I mean the cars like in the following thread

First of all u need is the game GTA VICECITY. Then go to the website www.thegtaplace.com, then on ur left there will be a navbar. Press DOWNLOADS over there. Now, there will be a new page, Scroll down on the page and then press the TOOLS link. Now Download the file GTA MOD INSTALLER V4.1. After installing that, on ur left there will e GTA VICE CITY under that there will be a link Cars. Press that and go to 2 page of that link. Now on the second page there will be a link DMagics Wheel Mod. Download that. And then download any vehicle. The vehicle will be in ZIP form. Extract it. Now open The folder wheel mod and copy the file Wheelmod.vcm and paste it in the following cars folder. Then open the GTA MOD INSTALLER V4.1 folder and click on GTA MOD INSTALLER V4.1. then enter the directory where GTA VICE CITY is installed and on the second box enter the folder of the car u have downloaded. Now select the car u want to replace the new car with(U NEED TO READ THE READ ME IN THE FOLDER OF THE FOLLOWING CAR U HAVE DOWNLOADE TO FIND OUT WHICH CAR U HAVE TO REPLACE). Then some boxes will come and u have to click OK. Atleast open the game and enjoy the new car!

born2race, how do I install the DMagics Wheel Mod? I've downloaded it and it comes in a zipped folder named "wheelmod" but there is only one VCM file in that folder, there's no application file in there. Please help me out. Thanks.

There is software on that website named VCM manager download that software and copy the VCM file to its folder in C:\Program Files\vcmm\mods\vcm and run the program and install the dmagic1
It's okay guys, I got the DMagic1 Wheel Mod from another website, I searched it on Google.
