there are a couple of good one's in Lalazar Colony Old Bahawalpur Road and they are almost with in Cantt.

0333 4959677 (Mehmood) Manager of a guest house. Can't recon Guest house name at the moment.
This is located near cantt and on straight road entering Multan from bridge.
Take room # 1 as its a executive room and I think he will charge you Rs. 2500 for two people.

Generator back up is there with ample parking and clean rooms.

Hotel Sindbad.

Dunno about the accommodations in Cantt area, but there are some guest houses in cantt area like chenab house and MGM, but sadly it's for army and members.

Hotel Sindbad ain't that far from Cantt area, it's close to it. It's located near Kalma Chowk (Multan).

You can visit Hotel New Land (Abdali Road).
Rent would be nearly 1200 for two persons. Clean and air conditioned rooms, peaceful environment with parking facility.
Generator backup + Bundu Khan restaurent is on walking distance.
