Guidance about scratch remover pen

I am going to buy scratch remover pen i.e https://www.pakwheels.com/accessories-spare-parts/turtle-scratch-remover-pen-t121-1903436
. Does this remover work over minor scratches ?
anybody used it?

Can't remove deeper scratches

This porduct should not be sold... it's garbage. it basically fills the scratch with a transparent resine, but the liquid is not easy to place in a vertical scratch as it spills. commonly scratchs are at the sides of the car.
With the application the scratch is less noticeable, but it's still there.
