First of all remove the battery terminals.
let the car dry in the sunlight for one days approx.
Inspect the wiring behind headlights. there are grips / sockets for headlight wiring. check them if they are wet then let them dry.
if you have installed relays in the wring check them out also. remove them and make them dry using hair dryer or let them remain open.
the fuse box is located beneath the dash board on driver side. inspect it carefully and check if water has reached there some how causing the damage. make it dry also, change the blown out fuse after all the drying process are done.
inspect the indicator assembly in the steering if u have washed that area too.....make it dry by removing steering, then the assembly cover.
