Guidance on buying LC GXR Diesel 2010 Manual

Salam!

One of my acquaintances is selling LC GX-R, 2010. Can anyone please guide me, as this is the first time I am buying any 4x4 and I have zero knowledge in this domain. Car is diesel, engine and tyres need replacement on top of this it's manual as well. Can anyone guide me what should be the price of this car considering aforementioned facts/replacements. Just to reiterate facts

Land Cruiser GX-R (Station Wagon)
Model: 2010
Transmission: Manual
Engine: Diesel 4.5L Twin Turbo (but needs replacement as it's seized)
Colour: Silver
Tyres: (4 tyres need replacement)
Spare Tyres: 2
Millage: 80,000Kms

1: At what price should it be bought?
2: Is GX-R a good category to buy?
3: How much engine and tyres replacement would cost?
4: What's its resale value/market?

1) Can't say anything till we can see the actual condition of the car.
2) GX-R will be missing a few key features when compared to AX-G and ZX.
3) You can get the engine for about 6 lacs and tyres will cost you about 1-1.25 lacs.
4) Resale won't be that good as it's a V6 and a Manual.

One thing: Car is only driven 80K KM and it's engine seized. How???

Can you please roughly give an idea about its price range max and min considering its condition is worst.
Engine seized due to poor maintenance and not changing oil timely.
Can we replace diesel with petrol engine and manual with auto transmission?

Roughly, the price should be around 80 lacs. You'll probably be spending around 10-15 lacs more if you want to convert it into an Auto 5.7 V8. Plus some more money if the exterior needs work.

A kabli 1VD-FTV Diesel will cost you around 10-12 Lakh. Plus the availability of this engine is also very limited.
Petrol conversion will require a lot of expertise and plus it will be way more costly. Wiring harness, Engine, Transmission, ECU's. You'll need to replace all of them with Gasoline compatible ones and above all V8s kabli parts are way too much expensive so I guess you should go for a 2008-2010 AX or AXG in that budget.
