Guidance require for the 21 days family trip from 4th April to 24th April 2016

I have never been to northern areas of Pakistan , although I visit Islamabad and Murree every year , now I am planning my 21 days vacations with my wife from 4th April 2016 to 24th April 2016 , I want to visit Kashmir , Kaghan,Naran ,Saif ul malook and Gilgit and Hunza , how should i plan my trip from day 1 to 21st day , guidance is required , Thanks in advance , and also guide me about the renting a car with driver for the whole tour

From where will you be travelling?

As you can see in image below, Travelling to Hunza, Naran, and Kashmir in one go will be really tiresome as Babusar top route will not be accessible before end of June, you will have to come all the way back to Mansehra from Naran in order to go to Gilgit.

You can visit Shogran, Naran, Lake Saiful muluk, along with Neelum Valley (Kashmir). Or if you want to go Gilgit route, then you can visit Naltar valley, Hunza, Attabad lake, Passu, Sost, Khunjerab Pass, Phander valley, Skardu, Khaplu etc. That's just my opinion

I m also planning to visit northern areas in the end of april and start of.. Never been to ne place before.. Coming from karachi.. I heard tht weather conditions these days are not gud and most of the roads are blocked.. I want to know of weather will b ok by the end of April.. N i m planning to vsiit muree till saifulmalook neelum valley and swat... I want to know if the roots will be open for all these places in april and may..
