Guidance Required for Engine Replacement of Suzuki Alto VXR 2004 Model

I own a Suzuki Alto 2004 VXR variant fitted with the stock F10A engine. This carburetor engine is notorious for its high fuel consumption (9-10 Km/L with AC and 11-12 Km/L without AC within City limits).

As per my initial survey, people are using either K6A & K10A for engine swap. I ruled out K6A since my car is fully loaded during use so I wouldn't want it to be under-powered. Furthermore, this would also require me to go through the hassle at excise office to update the records.

K10A looked promising to me with swap examples available, however I have some concerns on it for which guidance is required.

1. K10A engine was discontinued in 2006 from all Suzuki Cars, hence I assume that spares might be not be easily available.
2. Some people claim that engine swap will result in vibration issues in car.
3. Mechanic Shahab from CAR DOC YARD is famous in Rawalpindi for swapping K6A/K10A engines in Alto. In one of the video, I found Alto to be running at 140 KM/H at 4500 RPM which is a lot. The existing F10A engine runs at 130 KM/H at hardly 3500 RPM (pic attached below for reference)
   
   

Would like to have 2nd opinions on the following thoughts:

1) Since K10B is currently in production and being used in latest Suzuki Cultus, hence parts availability won't be a big issue. Where would I be able to find K10B along with all the cable harness and associated parts.
2) High RPM issue seemed to be related to K10A engine. Can this issue be the same for K10B engine too ? Or the high RPM issue has nothing to do with engine and only gearbox/ gear-ratio ?
3) Suggestions for any experienced/recommended mechanic for engine swap would be appreciated.

Although engine swap is a risky-move, however provided that the car prices and fuel are at all-time high, I'm looking forward to swap the engine for some peace of mind. Would appreciate if I can get some honest suggestions in this regard. Thank you in anticipation

1. Source of spare parts would be scrap yards mostly.
2. I believe This would be only if the job done is a lousy one.
3. Per my knowledge and understanding, the K6\K10A got following 2 gear boxes;
   a- 4spd auto (final drive 5.03) = 120kph @ 4.1RPM
   b- 5spd manual (final drive 4.789)=120kph @4.4RPM

If the pic you shared is of swapped motor then i can assume it has the 4spd auto and the rpm seems fine.. a bit off from what I wrote above, probably because of different tyre size in use... Older 4spd autos were like this so you will have to bear that.

Regarding our local Alto with F10A, i believe it has same 5spd manual with FD 4.789, and you saying it having 3.5rpm at 130kph cannot be true at all, sorry...so it gets 4.4rpm @ 120kph... EFI Cultus get 3.5rpm at 120kph, it has a 4.1 FD gearbox.

For your 2nd option,

If you even find k10b, make sure you check if it can fit in the engine bay, check about the mounting locations too... Then the axle lengths

Point2: RPMs depends on the gear ratios only... K10b in wagonr and cultus has got similar gearbox wth FD 4.1. this is a quite popular FD gearbox found on many 5spd cars like, city, corolla, cultus, khyber.

Point5: cant suggest

Try finding K10A with 4spd auto.
