Guide for corolla 2006 head assembly?

Tomorrow I am going to Install head assembly 2nzFe in my xli corolla tomorrow. I don't know how to identify good assembly what comes in assembly. Pls anyone of you can help in my case at least I should have some knowledge so people can't fool me.

Why to change why not a rebuild?
block and head with internals called head assembly.

Rebuild is not worth waste of time waste of energy

There's more then 70% chance your new assembly will ask for valve seal and rings after 2-3 years max.
