there is simply no comparison b/w these 2 cars, X is far behind Accord in terms of performance, luxury, comfort and reliability, not sure about consumption. Mark X is 6 cylinder and rear wheel compared to Accord 4 cylinder and front wheel, so mark x drive is very smooth, soft and sporty while accord is hard. But mark x being rear wheel is sometimes out of control so u MUST find one with Traction control, without it u wont be able to enjoy the ride. About price Mark x 2.5 with traction control and original nav in good condition would be around 27-28 lac while accord CL9 would b around 20 lac

If the car is truly in scratchless condition and is driven less than 40,000 then I think his price makes sense although it is still TOO HIGH.

Offer him 29 - 30 lakh. And if he agrees buy the car. You will surely love it. It is a brilliant car.
