Find a petrol only driven mehran.
Papers\file should be clear and complete.
Engine + radiator should be perfect.
Body can be dented\scratched, that's no problem.
Test drive and check the axles while turning full both ways.
Check pick up on all gears and if gear shift are smooth, and the car is going straight.
Brake normal and brake hard at 60kph to check if car pulls to either sides or the steering vibrates (this is to check the brake working)
Bend down beneath the car and check all four wheels' suspension for an welds or leaks.
Once u buy it, initial work to be done includes;
Engine oil and filter replace with 10w40 grade oil
Air filter replace
Gear oil change
Spark plugs to be checked and replace if req.
Check the whole cooling system for any leaks or blockage. If all good then pour in the coolant and put rad fan on auto.
Doing all this will make u sure of ur car's good running and keep u trouble free mostly
