Guide to buying Toyota Vitz 2013

Assalaam o Alaikum,

I am in the process of buying Toyota Vitz 2013 model as an everyday use car. I've researched Pak Wheels for options and would like members to help me out with some queries:

1. Are cars listed as CarSure approved should be my 1st choice?
2. Should I take a mechanic/denter with me to check whether the car is upto the mark even if its CarSure approved?
3. Most of the cars are listed between 14K to 14.5K. Are these pricing justified and also whether prices lower then 14K will have more problems (like denting work done more)?
4. I have heard that auction reports can be tempered with to make the car look good and sellable. Is this true?
5. I have also heard that dealers at Khalid Bin Waleed are notorious liars regarding conditions of cars? If its true then provide suggestions from where to purchase if going through the dealer route?

Carsure is a good platform but incase u dont find something in range then u can go khalid bin waleed road but take that car to a proper denter and mechanic for further verfication,

As for the price expect atleast 13.90 for a full original low driven car.i have bought a vitz recently 60k driven silver colour in full original condition for 14lacs,colour and package depends aswell u might find light green colour 30k lesser then silver or white.
