There is a contradiction in this advertisement. They are claiming that possession of DHA valley will be started in December 2015. On the other hand they are offering that if any DHA valley member want early possession then they can shift to BT-8 or BT, Karachi. I hope you will get my point. Its a try to linger on the matter further. secondly only 50% of land in DHA valley is in possession, rest is with villagers and punjab government. However they have sold all plots. So they are trying to shift ppl to BT-8 and Karachi to avoid upcoming criticism.

Today again this advertisement appear in newspaper but with some editing.
"December 2015 say qabzay ka aaghaz" is edited with "December 2015 say marhala waar qabzay ka aaghaz"
seems they will give possession to 1-2 blocks and rest of Valley will be delayed for an indefinite period.

Dont know how much extra they will charge for transfer from DHA valley, Islamabad to BT-8 ext, Rawalpindi.

Is it possible to buy some plots in this housing society without being present at the time of the contract? If a person (Pakistan national) is living abroad and ask someone to make the payment on his behalf, and property is named to the person abroad. Can this happen? If yes, what is the process?

Gulberg is better than BT-8. BT is sinking now a days. rates are not stable.
Best Block in gulberg are B, I & E block.

Yes its true. Gulberg is working on purchasing new land / extension of existing project. It will take atleat 6months to a year to launch new map of gulberg.

Attendance of buyer and purchaser is must for transfer of plot. May be power of attorney works in your case.

Bridge is completed for the last 6 months but not yet inaugurated. it is being intentionally delayed due to some land issues. And tractor trolleys are working in Gulberg greens and only in block B. rest is calm and quite.

Price range
8Marla plot?

Rate differ from plot to plot and block to block. Best blocks are B, I & E and some areas of F, H & I.
The cheapest block of gulberg is K block. rates of 30x60 size plot (7-8 marla) varies from 16 lakh to 30 lakh in gulberg residencia.
