I have transfered my car from lahore wapda town excise office in 22 dec ,3 days back i recieved the call (app akar apne paper wasool kar lee) that time i was not at home and i was in buzy street on bike couldnt ask more from him,iam confused as excise office told me documents will be delivered through courier company to your home but still no one comes till now ,which courier company is delivering the documents ? and what office should i go?,thankyou and sorry for my bad english (documents contain smart card,old passport book and transfer letter.)

most probably you got a call from TCS as the package was un deliverable
why dont you call back on the number

I tried to find out the number but it was my normal office phone and replace the number memory every 10th call so i lost it.should i call the tcs and what should i ask ? Or should i wait for the call

try your luck with TCS helpline
although they can flat refuse without any tracking number etc but they might guide you

Go to nearest tcs office, tell them aap ke call aye the package kay kiya.. tell name and address they will give you number of person or say tomorrow delivery at mentioned address

I guess, you had most probably received phone call from the nearest TCS Center guy. The guy may call you again, otherwise it will be returned to the relevant E&T Office. You may visit the nearest TCS Office and confirm, otherwise, wait for the call from TCS or E&T Office, or visit the concerned E&T Office.

Sir i visited nesrest tcs office but they didnt know about that ,so what should i do wait or goto any e&t office?

Then it might be possible that you received call from their regional office / head office. You may wait for some days, and then visit E&T Office directly. They might have some tracking details, which they may provide you and it will be helpful in tracking your parcel.
