Been there in December last year.
The weather was very gud. The beauty is there.
Army has full control now and local people want investors to come as they will grow and their business flourish with the investors visits.
Hotels and properties are being occupied. During my one week stay i noticed there were new shops and offices opening every day. Mainly property dealers.
For the property. There are two schemes which are fair and clean as they are being operated by gov.
New town
Sanghar
If u want to invest. Mainly invest in these.
I have seen people played during risky time invested and gained a lot.
The open land has many problems due to family owned lands.
And patwaar system.
All the societies NOC's are expired now. So invest with proper investigation.

I want to invest no more than 2.5mil there as there is always a risk for some political mishap etc.

Dear. U want to invest in residential or commercial.
As pr your budget. U ll get only residential plot.
In Gwadar. The New Town and Sangar are two main projects by Gov.
Both of these are good option

Some ads on zameen.com were also mentioning industrial zone plots which were in my price range.
What is you opinion about buying property in industial zone ?

best option is to go for govt schemes like gda approved lands or newtown, sanghar housing scheme. they are ur safest bet. pm for details

Regarding Industrial.
I ll not favour it as any where in country u can match last 10 years increase in residential/commercial and agricultural plots with industrial. I am sure even the agricultural has more growth.

do not invest in property if you can not touch it / set foot on / grab a fist full of it before financial transaction.

I have to say its gud investment but if u can wait till there NOC get approval. Approx 6 months. As their NOC is suspended.

Nop no way atleast right now....dont even think about goin for amything that isnt gda approved dont even think about it all...begani jaga hai you wont be able to follow up if any issue arises
