H4 to D4S conversion

I have gotten myself D4S projectors from a Honda N One's or Suzuki Hustler's headlights (not 100% sure). The reflectors are in perfect condition. I also got two Valeo ballasts.

I have never done a retrofit before, and I've run into a problem. How do I connect the wires so that the headlight switch works like stock? I don't have a H4 to bixenon wiring harness and I have no idea where to find one. The car in question is a 2003 Civic with stock H4 headlights.

A small update. I have talked to Keiworks12 and asked him some questions about the wiring. He has been a great help, and he will gladly guide me as I go with the retrofit process, for which I am very grateful.

I have also figured out the basics of the wiring. The next step is finding either a pre built harness, or collecting the components to build one myself. I have decided that I will do both, and find out which works better.

I am quite sure that the headlights in my car are ground switched with a common positive for the low and high beam, which will greatly simplify things. I will confirm it with a DMM.

This thread will be slowly updated over the course of a few weeks. My main obstacle is that I live an hour's drive away from the city centre, and time is a rare commodity these days. I won't open the car's headlights until everything I need is there.

I went to different markets in Rawalpindi and it took me hours to find a shop that had an H7 wiring harness lying around. There wasn't a single H4. I will have to modify it for H4 along with two splices for the high beam solenoids.

The generic Chinese connectors are no use with the Valeo ballasts, so I will have to solder those to the harness.

I haven't managed to find a single pair of 3 inch shrouds anywhere. Many shops didn't even know what a "shroud" is. Mind you, they had pictures of HID projectors and shrouds on their banners.

Many shops tried to convince me to save all this hassle and buy the hot garbage Chinese LED projectors that they had lying in stock. Sadly, judging from the glare of 6000k+ lights at night, people are actually wasting money on that junk.

Here is what I have so far. All I need now is shrouds. I won't open my car's headlights until everything is in place. It has very little downtime; there is a reason it has 650k km on the clock.

After roaming the Pindi/Islamabad markets for two days on my bike for hours, not a single shop even knew what a "projector" or a "shroud" was. I went from shop to shop with a projector in one hand and a picture of shrouds on my phone in the other.

If someone ever thinks of doing a retrofit in these cities using scrap parts, I would not recommend it.

I called a shop in Lahore, but they quoted 5k plus delivery for some beat up looking shrouds.

Now, I have decided that I will hop on a train and go on a quick trip of Lahore. I am sure that I can get shrouds along with some other stuff, specifically an H4 xenon harness and a quality brand new Bosch relay. The one in my current H7 harness is sketchy at best.
