Hail damage (dents) on roof top (Cultus 2018)

A few days back, my car got hail damage (10-12 dents) on roof top. Though it was covered with two sheets at the moment, anyway bad luck. Car is insured so going to dealership is not an issue. Just want to ask do they do PDR, as some people are saying dealership are not good in dealing PDR jobs.
Car is Cultus (2018) with Silky Silver paint.

roof lining has to be ripped away for denting
its alot of hard work and effort
nobody will do this in insurance

maybe fill in steel potein and repaint

Until there is a fresh scratch insurance will not cover. Or talk to officer at 3s/dealership to get it cover from insurance.

Its clearly written in insurance policy that hail and storm are covered in insurance. You will be fully entertained in insurance at dealership.

Thank you so much Abid. I have checked my insurance policy. Its comprehensive and clearly says it will cover all damages due to Hail, Storms etc.
Inshallah i will visit dealership very soon, hoping for a good PDR work. Thanks again

Which insurance company you are dealing with? I deal in adamjee to have complete know-how of these cases/issues.
