Hair Falling,,, Any Solution?

i was double minded to make such a thread but then i thought that if people can post their stupid love stories, can sale their sherwanees, so why should i hesitate to ask about ma geniune problem

as the topic says,, i m suffering from intense hair falling,, i m going to be 18 yrs old tomorow but, my forehead looks like i m a thirty year old boy,, as it has become so wider,,
i have tried dabar amla,, kalvanji ka oil,, many other medicines and hair sprays from hair specialist,, but nothing improved,, nowdays my hair style is like ghijni,, i mean tind,, what should i do for stop hair falling???

note that i had been using hair gel since i was in grade 2, but have quite it since three years

dear.. I am not an expert on this..It might be genetic.. Get yourself checked. And if everything is normal I hope.. don't get emotionally disturbed with this.. your hair doesn't matter more than that powerful thing sitting inside that head on which these hair grow. I know its difficult but with time you will be Ok with it.

There is no cure for that. These fancy medicated shampoos and oils won't help. They can slow down the process a little bit but not more than that. I have tried many imported expensive shampoos like Phytoaxil etc but everything proved to be futile.

Stop using shampoo. And of course stop using gel completely.
Use soap to wash your hair- preferably life buoy (the red one). It's carboxylated and doesn't have perfume in it so it's good for your hair. I've been using it since five years and my hair fall has stopped. I too used gel in my teens
Any other issues like dandruff, itchiness in scalp or any element of anxiety/tension?

yes my dad and uncle have but not in this age,, they were ok till 30

You have in family the only solution is to slow down the rate of hair falling with the help of some medicine and sprays, But you can't completely stop it so its better you accept the fact. As you can't take those medicine long life just to save those hair.

Do exercise, take less stress, take healthy food and massage your head as it will increase the blood supply of your scalp.

Plenty of water intake, intake of zinc and proper cleanliness (avoiding dandruff) may reduce the rate of hair fall.
