You go by private or public, there's no assurance that you'll get a buss from Arafat to Muzdalifah. Period! Most of people just walk.
Also the private groups that accommodate hajis nearest to haram in Makka, don't keep their promises when they return from Madina. Living in Madina is usually close to Masjid-e-Nabawi.
Choose a group that includes 3 times food in Makkah, Madinah & Mina. Also should they arrange for your qurbani, if you don't trust saudi authorities to conduct that for ya ...
Camps for Pakistani and Indian hajis are usually closer to Jamarrah, so there's less need for panic.
The main concern here is that you should get your basics right. Get your wuzu, and Namaaz corrected from a local imam-e-Jumah. Learn and strictly follow haj rules, as they're quite stringent. Take very good care of your FEET, you'll need them during the five days of Hajj.
