First of all, the ultimate bodybuilding contest is Mr. Olympia, not Mr. Universe.. Mr. World, Mr Universe, Arnold Classic etc. are low key contests in comparison to Mr. Olympia... So you could say if someone wins Mr. Olympia (not the other ones), its only then that he becomes a world champion or could be regarded as one..

Secondly I highly doubt that there has been anyone from pakistan who has even won Mr. Universe..

guys u really dont know anything about steroids, really. fisrt thing there wud be just 10% of them who use steroids. do u really know what is their diet, they eat as much in one day as much u eat in one week, in bodybuilding size dose matter BUT after u gained proper muscles, not matter if u got just fat on good bodyshape.
the things u calling steroids is called nutritions. EVEN if u say that they r taking steroids , only those people can take steroids who can handle it otherwise it like blowing up urself, u have to workout more then normally u do.
