In my last visit to karachi in august/sep of 07. I joined this small gym in Gulshan-e-Iqbal. The guy who owned the gym was Fida. I only met the guy a few times during my whole visit. I was going in the early morning. Fida was out of town due to his Mom's sickness most of my visit. He is huge inperson. I was very impresed with him. I talked to him during break between my sets. he knows his stuff.

guys u really dont know anything about steroids, really. fisrt thing there wud be just 10% of them who use steroids. do u really know what is their diet, they eat as much in one day as much u eat in one week, in bodybuilding size dose matter BUT after u gained proper muscles, not matter if u got just fat on good bodyshape.
the things u calling steroids is called nutritions. EVEN if u say that they r taking steroids , only those people can take steroids who can handle it otherwise it like blowing up urself, u have to workout more then normally u do.

i am a guy who is gyming since 6 years now naturally. which 10% are u including in this?? show me a natural bodybuiler plz... i would like to see..
nutritions are supplements , vitamens etc. anabolic , steroids are growth hormones . and even after eating 6 grown men food and injecting steroids at will ,still they are not as big as the american bodybuilders how come???? and the best part Mr. Atif flushes himself to clear the steroids test and faints on the stage ! wao wat a career to choose!!

But its virtually impossible to build such a huge stature (as seen in those pics) without taking any form of steroids...

Trust me, I've regularly worked out in a gym without taking any major breaks for about 4-5 years (though its been a while since I've left it), so I know it for a fact how hard it is to build your muscles... there's a certain time that your muscles stop growing any further after which you have to take hormones/steroids or whatever, in order to grow them even bigger..

@babaisboss, dude I can very well differentiate between steroids and dietary supplements.. and I know it for a fact that all these pro bodybuilders (including the pakistani ones) take considerable amounts of steroids (in whatever form they maybe, but they really do) during the competition days..

We are small people compare to other nations in the west. Our bone structure is thin, wt less etc etc. I've been working for a long time regularly but I can't increase my muscles size like other goras because of my thin bone structure.
Not to mention out diet is sponsored by dalda ghee/oil. haha

Genetics play an important role. Here goras are generally taller, stronger and healthier looking than desis even without going to the gym.
