Hard Brake Pedal in Suzuki Hi-roof (After brake-shoe change)

Hello I have just changed my front brake shoe of hi-roof (bolan) and brake cylinders but after doing everything the brake pedal got hard and is not easy to push brake. I confronted the mechanic but he said the issue is not from the wheels we have done our job correctly etc etc anyways he don't want to do anything more and says to visit the kabaar market (shafiq moore) as they have the best solution. I want to know what might be the reason to it if anyone has already faced the same issue. Model is 2014 Euro 2. I want to add one thing, after visiting the kabaar market the person said he has the solution but he won't tell me but will only do it after we agree to the labour (he asked for 1500 Rs) which is too much, he said your mechanic has left something for setting which he only knows. Other mechanics said we will have to look properly the shoe, the cylinders etc which means they are just gonna make money. I have already spent alot and don't want to spend more and get nothing from it. I need help!

i guess they are all team members, helping each other to earn money better to not go the same mechanic again.

Regarding our issue. No clue. infact i track this thread and wait for other comments to know about this issue

get all 4 wheels bleeded.

Your mechanic changed shoes & wheel cylinders for front wheels only and forgot to bleed rear wheels

you a member since 2016 and you did not paid any attention to technical sections.

Well he serviced the rear brakeshoe and the cylinder too but I didn't had them changed. Should it really matter? Well I will get them all bleed once again from the same mechanic. Any other thing I should get checked? Thanks in advance.

I posted some threads and asked queries on other threads and I didn't get any response so I kinda started paying less attention, lol.

I totally agree that's why I don't rely after mechanics give reference to other mechanics.
