Hard Clutch / How to Fix

Salaam,

A couple of years before, I had Mehran, whose clutch were too hard, I changed them but same issues persist.

After some time, I bought City IDSI Manual 2006, same issue with that car too..
I had spent about 13-15k to replace the clutch and pressure plates, but, nohting new.
my mechanic said that, your car's pick is good now and petrol consumes less, City IDSI clutch usually hard.. but my issues all time Hard Clutch.. then i sold the car..

Now, I have City Vario Auto, Alhamdulillah, no issue due to auto car..
now, my cousin is facing same issue in mehran and I am wiling to resolve it..

My question is that, why clutch hard for new clutch and pressure plates ???
what is the main reason and how to fix it.
what is the main things or point, we have to check when repair or replace the pressure and clutch plates ???
Why New cars clutch works like a charm like "Makhan hai yeh to/ ya Aram say dab rahaa hai" ???

thrust bearing & clutch cable is the key part for clutch comfort. Usually 3 items are replaced in clutch system. Pressure Plate, Clutch plate & Thrust bearing. PKDM Suzuki vehicles have huge inventory of oem parts available across Pakistan. Buy New only.

I had replaced all 3 things, all time. due to mechanic told me "Car khuli hai to sub dalo"

how about the clutch cable is it kink free and in good physicals.?

yup... all time..

i've heard that, either cluth or pressure that.
clutch plate should be replaced but pressure place should be use qabli and fix then use.

change your radio station, and kick your mechanic under belly. Locate serious person in Karachi Iqbal Shahis is Suzuki Champ use search glass option to locate him

all parts were genuine

Have you checked master cylinder and slave of city?
Usually when seals start giving up they become hard and any blockage in pipes can cause same problem. Weather effects on oil as well.
And incase of mehran i second @capsat sir. Cable become hard due to dryness. We have suzuki alto that has same problem due to cable.

At that time until i sold City Manual,
got advice from 2-3 mechanics, as per them "IDSI City ka clutch hard hi hota hai".
which was not acceptable for me..

so, now, I am gathering question, to fix any car whose clutch will be hard either city or mehran or GLI...

I had driven city. I didn't felt clutch to be hard then usual.

Do u feel like "Makhan" when press your clutch while driving ???

it was usual like a normal car. like any other civic or corolla.
