1.5T does not have the same features. It has received significant upgrades but that now only makes it actually worth it's price tag, while previously it was just bad value to money.
It has an engine tune upgrade that takes it from 151 hp and 230 nm of torque to 182 hp and 275 nm of torque.
There are still a lot of features missing between the 1.5T and 2.0T that justify the price difference between them.
However, now there really isn't anything to justify the price difference between 2.0T and the HEV unless your daily milage is ridiculously large. Even then, the AWD drive option is hard to beat and would be my preference since they all have the same ugly look now.
In terms of comparison to Sportage and Tuscon, it does seem like the H6 has gotten some decent tech and feature upgrades that still puts it ahead of the new offerings in terms of features.
A couple of things that seem to be missing in our model compared to what's been shown oversees:
- The infotainment OS being offered in Pakistan is again a significant downgrade compared to what's available in China and Thailand etc.
- No cellular connectivity yet again, nor the ability to remote start, turn on the AC etc.
- Front seat is still 6-way adjustable meaning no under thigh support when some oversees models are now 8-way adjustable.
- Only front seats are heated. Some oversees models (even pre-facelift) had both rear seats heated as well.
- No Automatic High Beam which is a really weird and stupid thing to miss out on once again. This one just annoys me.
- Sound system is only upgraded on the 2.0T and only 9 speaker. I assume HEV didn't get the upgrade because of smaller trunk size.
