Chinese consumers really love the tech in their cars, and essentially consider them another gadget so that's why almost all Chinese cars are so full of tech. Rest of the world typically still doesn't think of cars as a piece of technology and our market specifically just doesn't care about the tech and features of the cars and just cares about the brand and the badge on the outside.
Pretty much every Chinese manufacturer who sells globally usually has 2 different operating system branches. Though the difference varies by each manufacturer. It's also because the Chinese market's tech landscape is so different from the rest of the world that most services they use just don't exist in the global market so they get removed.
This is specially true for ADAS systems that typically are significantly more powerful in China like Huawei's ADS system, which is generally considered the most advanced system available in consumer vehicles. Rest of the world is just stuck with systems like Tesla's FSD or Mercedes' system as the "state of the art" even though it's significantly behind Huawei.
A lot of the times, features that are Connected Car related or are deeply integrated into the Chinese tech ecosystem and landscape also get cut, specially in Pakistan where PTA has very strict rules regarding what can and cannot have cellular modem and GSM connections.
