275 vs 173 Nm torque (1.5t and Grande)… but yes weight of Haval is also high. Check 0-100 videos of both to get an idea.
Can someone confirm can you replace engine oil and filter from shops other than authorised dealerships.
You can , but it'll void your warranty
What is your advise regarding this because 5k service charges are way too much
Does 90,99,000 inclusive of CVT1% I know it doesn’t include withholding Pakwheels on road price calculator includes CVT1% in the 90,99,000 and shows on showroom price as 93,22,000 but the dealership is quoting 94,12,000. What is correct pricing
Do it from the dealership or buy a car whose maintenance you can afford. 5k charges every 6 months is not a big deal
The few extra thousand are really worth it god forbid you need to claim warranty So far I have replaced 3 steering racks on 3 of my different civics over the few years completely free of cost Kia Picanto ABS unit replaced completely free of cost in warranty
These cars are loaded with electronics anything can go bad in any car , i've seen a video of La farrari with its engine overheating & smoking , so any issue can happen in any car thats why we get warrantySo for me its really worth it to maintain warranty from dealership
Its not like one you can afford Its about being overpricedEven munj sb ask everyone of maintenance cost regardless of the affordability
And secondly 6months??Isn’t it related to km driven for instance what if one drives 5k kms in 2-3 months that means 25-30k extra annually
Now that’s a decent reply Thanks man
I agree with you. It’s worth the extra peny if they entertain you. How do Haval respond to the warranty claims. Does anyone have that experience. The guy above complaining about customer service. Does anyone else has experience regarding warranty claims of Haval
So far not so good , I took my car at 5k km service (currently driven 7k total) and I told service manager about a few black spots that i observed in my cars paint (car is white) they just brushed it of like its my drivers fault he isn't cleaning the polish off correctly they said they will buff the car for like 15k or something I said no thanks
And yes the maintenance charges are on the higher side for HAVAL
Driving 5k km in 2 months is highly unlikely. Maintenance interval is 6 months or 5k km.
I'm approaching 6 months for the first maintenance end of July and I've just crossed 3000 km total.
I did compare their pricing with a couple of other similar options on the market and they are on the slightly higher side compared to the likes of Toyota but not out of line with other new entrants.
Ah yes the tried and tested strategy of personally attacking someone to get your point across. I'm sure it always works.
this the first "report" we have of this kind for haval problem. One in a couple of thousand perhaps isnt that bad.... by the way the engine ECU and all are embedded systems, not really software. embedded systems like the one one in airplanes etc are very robust. the software is just to see the stuff and control the electronics. underneaeth is non software embedded electronics. they are very robust.
Act maturely. Act your age, assuming you're not a 15 year old. Don't come to an owner's thread and call the vehicle garbage and expect any sort of sympathy.
I had an old 1.8L Corolla Altis that had a fuel pump issue that almost left me stranded in the middle of nowhere in the Bisham area on my way to Hunza a couple of years ago. Shit happens. Sometimes things break down. If it's happening with you repeatedly then you have a point. But if you're going to lose your shit over one bad experience, you should buy a 90s Corolla. Nothing will ever go wrong with it.
Assalam-o-AlaikumCurrently using Tiggo 8 Pro 1.6T with 7speed DCT and looking for a second car
Torn between H6 2.0T and HEV
New 2.0T has 9 Speed DCT. I am not a big fan of HEV but fuel economy of HEV is quite tempting.
Anyone here who owns Facelift 2.0T please comment/guide and share experience
Thanks in advance
Not an owner but the 2.0T will allow for more usable power whereas the HEV is more fuel efficiency oriented. I've known many people that overall preferred AWD vehicles so much that it has become a big want for them, I personally tend to see it as a disadvantage with the added weight.
The question you should mainly ask yourself is, are you looking for power or fuel efficiency? Do you drive enough to justify the added hybrid cost or looking to dispose of the car within 3 years? Based on these answers you probably can make the best decision between the 2.0T and HEV
I own a pre-facelift 2.0. Spending 9-10 lac extra for HEV just for fuel savings makes absolutely no sense. 2.0 is also faster than HEV.
How much do you think an extra drive shaft and a rear differential weigh compared to the weight of a lithium ion battery and a motor?
I ain't readin all that
