H6 (Specially HEV) didn't have any competition in Pakistan when it launched. So it captured the market unopposed.
Kia, Hyundai and Toyota to an extent then entered the market already owned by H6 so they had to undercut that to gain any traction.
And KIA didn't launch cheaper than H6 btw. They had priced the Sportage above that in their arrogance and got a harsh reality check when that thing didn't sell well.
Nishat played their cards sensibly because they could see the Sportage disaster and undercut the market leader.
