The pre-FL Tank 500 HEV starts at about 30% more than the top spec H6 PHEV AWD in Australia and nearly 2x the price of H6 PHEV in Thailand.
The current top spec Tank 500 HEV in Australia is about 50% more than the top-spec H6, but all specs of the Tank 500 have 2.0L engine at the minimum so it would get higher tax slabs compared to the H6.
Also, the Tank 500 we're supposedly going to get is apparently the Facelift PHEV Hi4-T (5-seater) model* so it's easily going to be more than 2x the price of the H6 PHEV before duties and taxes and those will take it much higher.
My guess is that they'll keep the top spec variant around the same PKR 40-45 million range. It practically has no competition in the CKD market so I don't see any reason they'd want to lower the price. It's going to be an extremely low volume vehicle so makes more business sense to have extremely high margins.
*Guessing because Australia is getting the same by the end of the year. Australian market is not apparently getting the top of the line Tank 500 Hi4-Z variant which got some nice luxury updates in China in August.
