Depends on how you drive. On average in city like islamabad with mostly open road driving it is possible to get 18-20km/l with an average speed of about 55kmh
If you drop your average speed to 40kmh on open roads it is possible to hit between 20 and 22km/l
If you drive within city with a ton of stop of go traffic but limit yourself on the accelerator and not engage ICE for short bursts, you will keep your 18-20km/l average
HOWEVER if you are an impatient Pakistani, you will quickly see that fall to betwen 16 and 18 and even 14 since you will keep on turning the ICE for short periods.
DO NOTE that in winter turning the heater on turns the ICE on. So your efficiency would decrease accordingly.0
